Handmade and hand-rolled pie crusts topped with our delicious fillings make the perfect pies for gatherings, holidays, birthdays, or cravings. All of our pies are pre-order only, at least 48 hours in advance and schedule permitting.

Pie Flavors

Apple Streusel Pie- standard pie crust with sliced granny smith apples with a flavorful and crumbly topping

Bresillienne- a Belgian pie with a standard pie crust, layer with light flan, fresh whipped cream and sugar coated hazelnuts

Chocolate Mousse- standard pie crust filling with fresh chocolate mousse

Coconut Cream- a graham cracker crust with coconut custard filling, whipped cream and toasted coconut topping

Key Lime- a graham cracker crust with a sweet and tart key lime filling

Lemon Meringue- standard pie crust with a sweet and tart lemon filling, meringue topped

Peach- standard crust with a peach filling and lattice decoration

Pecan- standard pie crust with toasted pecans and filling with our key ingredient: Grade A maple syrup

Pineapple- standard pie crust with a pineapple filling and lattice decoration

Pumpkin- standard pie crust a pumpkin pie filling

Quiche Lorraine- standard pie crust with sautéed bacon and onion, mixed cheese and egg mixture filling

Quiche Spinach- standard pie crust with sautéed spinach and onion, mixed cheese and egg mixture filling

Our Signature Cakes are predesigned cakes available in a variety of flavor combinations and sizes. These are made with the same high-quality ingredients and sense of perfection as our other types of cakes. We always have some 8" cakes in select flavors available for immediate pick-up at the bakery. All available flavors and sizes can be ordered here.
