Wedding Cakes

The easiest way to order a cake is by filling out an inquiry form at the bottom of this page. This will gather all the necessary details to give you an accurate quote as well as minimize miscommunication. 

We can place cake orders via email, text, phone call, or in person.

We offer wedding cakes, sheet cakes, grooms cakes, dessert tables and setup, delivery, and more. 

Everything is custom made so we are able to make specific flavors, desserts, sizes, etc. to have what you want even if we do not have it currently at the bakery. 

Yes! Our tastings are $30 for 2 people and you may choose 4 flavors of cake and 4 flavors of filling/icing. We can always add extra flavors for $5/ea or extra servings for $10/ea. Here is the link for our flavors: https://millstonebakery.com/wedding-cakes/

We just need to know how many people will be joining you, which date(s) and time(s) work best for you, and which flavors you’d like before scheduling the tasting. If there is something that you wanted but do not see it in our list of flavors, please let me know!

The earlier the better and it is never too early! We are a first come-first serve bakery so once we are full, we are full. 

No cake is ordered without prepayment.

Yes! We understand that as RSVPs come in, there might be more or less people than expected. As long as the final details are confirmed by ~3-4 weeks prior to your wedding, it is no problem! This includes flavors, sizes, number of tiers or cakes, and design. The final invoice can be adjusted to encompass these potential changes or another invoice can be sent if you’d like to add details.

Yes! We can deliver to your requested address and place the cake on the designated table. A one-hour time frame is needed and the delivery fee is dependent on how far we need to drive. Delivery is not required, you are more than welcome to pick up too.

No actually… we do not! Our cakes are 100% custom to your preference and liking. Although we have photos on our gallery of cakes we’ve made before so you can see our attention to detail, your inspiration photos are what we focus on! 

Cost depends on a variety of factors: size, number of tiers, flavors, intricacy of the design, and sheet cakes. 

1. Size: Larger sizes will cost more than smaller sizes.
2. Tiers: Tiered cakes will be variably more expensive than single tiered cakes.
3. Flavors: Our standard flavors are included in the price whereas premium flavors will be $10-20 extra per tier. This applies to both cake and filling/icing flavors.
4. Design intricacy: The more intricate a design, the more time we will spend decorating your cake. This also means that it will cost more. Even if an inspo picture looks simple, it might be very detail-oriented or technically challenging. 
5.  Sheet cakes: The price of cake between wedding cakes and sheet cakes are same except for the fact that generally sheet cakes are not decorated. This is where adding sheet cakes instead of having one large cake – where every tier is decorated – will reduce the cost.

The only things that you would provide us would be the flowers (real or artificial), any toppers, tier separators, or anything special that we’ve discussed! 

You can bring these things in the day before if the flowers are real and the week of if the flowers are artificial. We will take care of the rest!
